Multifunctional Mesh Production Line

The CNC positioning mesh production line is an integrated equipment system consisting of welding units, a control electrical cabinet, and servo slide tables, specifically designed for welding box girder positioning mesh molds.

The equipment features a double-layer cylinder direct-pressure electrode system with independently adjustable welding parameters, combined with front and rear rows of welding cylinders to accommodate irregular weld point layouts. A dedicated water-cooled resistance welding transformer ensures stable operation, while PLC-controlled servo slides enable precise positioning along the X and Y axes. The control cabinet supports one-touch parameter switching, and the standardized forming templates enable continuous cyclic processing.

By simply changing the fixtures, the system can adapt to various mesh panel specifications. The operation process is straightforward: after manual material placement, the equipment automatically completes the welding process. With basic training, workers can independently operate the system within half a day.
