Product details

ZFV CF8 flanged triple offset butterfly valve. Valve shown in the photo is 10inch class 150 flanged end with stainless steel material, design and production in accordance with API standard. 

ZFV fully conside the regulating and controlling applications in the design process, make full use of three eccentric butterfly valve sealing principle, do the valve switch when the butterfly plate does not scratch the valve seat. The torque of the stem is directly to the sealing surface through the butterfly disc. Which means there is almost no friction between the butterfly disc and the valve seat. So as to put an end to open the ordinary valve is a common jump phenomenon, the eradication of the valve within the low opening range due to friction and other factors caused by instability can not be the phenomenon of regulation.
